Term & Conditions

1. Please be punctual. Your booking will begin and end as time stated on the booking form.
2. Strictly no food and drinks in Liberty Central or Liberty Suites
3. The Engineer has the right to stop any recording if there is any unruly conduct or behavior.
There will be no refund in such instances.
4. All garbage must be cleared out of the studio after session.
5. Please respect other clients of the facility and control any unnecessary noise.
6. It is preferred that the recording artist/s and a maximum of 3 other non recording person be allowed in the recording area.  This is to minimize any unnecessary disturbances.
7. If you are bringing your own musical instruments, please ensure you have your own insurance for your equipment. Liberty Studios will not be liable for any payment to any non  Liberty Studios equipment damage during recording/s.
8. Liberty Studios will not be providing any musical instruments at the studio.
9. Please ensure that you do not leave behind any of your musical instrument or gear in the studio. This will also apply to all multiple recording sessions as the rooms could be used for other purposes.
10. Any equipment belonging to Liberty found missing or damaged after the recording session will be charged at full retail rate to hirer. Please handle and use with care Liberty Studios’s recording equipment.
11. All Master recordings are property of Liberty Studios until hirer has made a full payment for all charges related to the recording session.
12. If the session overruns, the engineer will decide to continue or advise hirer to make another booking or to continue recording if time permits. All additional time used will be charged to hirer and a booking form must be signed for the additional hours used. The master will be delivered after full payment is received.

Refund Policy:

1. There will be no refund for any session/s that are canceled by hirer. If cancellation occurs prior to 48 hours of the booking time, studio credit will be issued for re-booking.
2. There will be no refund if your recording time runs less than minimum time booked.
3. Liberty Studios will refund any booking if there is a power failure in the building or if Liberty Studios’s equipment is found to be faulty during recording session. Another session will be booked to replace any Liberty Studios canceled booking/s.
4. In the event the Recording Engineer is unavailable for the booking session, Liberty will inform the hirer immediately and arrange another date agreed by both parties.
5. Liberty Studios’s full extent of liability for recording media left in the studio that gets lost or damaged will be limited to the cost of the media (tape or CD) itself, regardless of the circumstances under which the loss or damage occurred.
6. A 5% charge per month will be added to the entire amount owed for balances still owing past 60 days.
